Instruction of Invitation Letter
邀請函格式和內容的具體要求：

1、The letter should be printed on proper paper with company letterhead.
請采用含公司抬頭的公文信箋

2、Only Fax from India or original is acceptable.
只接受來自印度的傳真件或原件

3、Content of the letter must include below details, 邀請函的內容應涵蓋以下事項：
01、The date of the letter issued 邀請函簽發(fā)日期
02、Attention to whom: The name and address of the person/institution being invited 被邀請人的姓名及地址
03、Body of the letter正文內容：
􀀹 Applicant’s passport data, such as full name of the applicant, passport number, etc. 簽證申請人的姓名、護照號碼等護照信息
􀀹 Applicant’s occupation and name of the company located in China.
簽證申請人的職位、所在的中方公司名稱
􀀹 Specific purpose of the trip. 具體的出行目的
􀀹 Name of the Indian company and its location where the person is going to visit. 印度邀請方的公司名號、地址
􀀹 How long will the person stay in India and when will s/he come back to China. 申請人在印度的訪問期限
04、The closing 落款：
􀀹 Signature of the principal (the person who execute the invitation must sign on the letter) 印方負責人的親筆簽名
􀀹 Name of the principal 印方負責人的全名
􀀹 Title / Occupation of the principal 印方負責人的職位
􀀹 Company name 印方公司名
􀀹 Company address and contact numbers in case the same is not mentioned on letter head
地址、電話（該項若在抬頭紙上有所述，可在落款處省略）
