印度大使館:關(guān)于印度邀請(qǐng)信的最新要求（2012.09.02）

大家都知道，印度駐華大使館對(duì)印度各項(xiàng)資料的要求一直在頻繁更新，現(xiàn)向各位需要辦理印度簽證的申請(qǐng)人公布印度大使館關(guān)于印度簽證邀請(qǐng)信的最新要求

I. The letter should be printed on proper paper with company letterhead.

請(qǐng)采用含公司抬頭的公文信箋。

II. Only Fax from India or original is acceptable.

只接受來(lái)自印度的傳真件或原件。

III. Content of the letter must include below details: 邀請(qǐng)函的內(nèi)容應(yīng)涵蓋以下事項(xiàng)：

i. The date of the letter issued 邀請(qǐng)函簽發(fā)日期

ii. Attention to whom: The name and address of the person/institution being invited 被邀請(qǐng)人的姓

名及地址

iii. Body of the letter 正文內(nèi)容：

Applicant’s passport data, such as full name of the applicant, passport number, etc. 簽證申

請(qǐng)人的姓名、護(hù)照號(hào)碼等護(hù)照信息。

Applicant’s occupation and name of the company located in China. 簽證申請(qǐng)人的職位、所在

的中方公司名稱(chēng)。

Specific purpose of the trip. 具體的出行目的。

Name of the Indian company and its location where the person is going to visit. 印度邀請(qǐng)方

的公司名稱(chēng)、地址。

How long will the person stay in India and when will s/he come back to China. 申請(qǐng)人在印度

的訪問(wèn)期限。

iv. The closing 落款：

Clear signature of the principal (the person who execute the invitation must sign on the letter)

簽發(fā)此邀請(qǐng)函的印方負(fù)責(zé)人的簽名

Name of the principal 印方負(fù)責(zé)人的全名（打�。�

Title / Occupation of the principal 印方負(fù)責(zé)人的職位（打�。�

Company name 印方公司名

Seal of the company 蓋印方公司公章

Company address and telephone, fax and email of the Company (mandatory), in case the

same are not mentioned on letterhead 公司地址、、傳真和電郵、、、（必須包含此信息），

該項(xiàng)若在抬頭紙上有所述，落款處可省略

以上是印度商務(wù)簽證關(guān)于邀請(qǐng)信的具體要求，希望申請(qǐng)人能?chē)?yán)格按照以上標(biāo)準(zhǔn)準(zhǔn)備，以免因資料不符合使館要求而導(dǎo)致使館和簽證中心不受理的情況出現(xiàn)。
